The Membership Advisor is personally responsible for managing every aspect of the business, establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, building the club's business by meeting with new prospective members and engaging with the community.

Your responsibilities will entail :
- Outbound Phone Calls, Sales, and Lead Nurturing
- Converting Delinquent Accounts
- Managing Member Retention
- Oversight of Cleaning and Entire Club Operations
- Ongoing Motivation and Coaching of Club Personnel
- Social Media Marketing
- Business to Business Deals and Networking
